"Felt like I kept getting passed around"
My order did show up fine in the end, but the tracking was confusing. It barely updated, so I had no real idea when it was actually going to arrive. I also felt like I was being passed around a bit trying to figure out what was going on. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating.

"Return took waaaay too long..."
Ordering was totally fine!! No issues there at all... but returning my paddle was kind of a hassle. I felt like I had to keep chasing for updates, and the refund took way longer than I expected?? It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but yeah... definitely frustrating!!!

"Helpful paddle pick, but I wanted clearer guidance"
I’m still figuring out what kind of paddle works best for me, so I went with one of their recommendations. It’s been good so far and feels comfortable to play with. Shipping was fine, nothing unusual. I just expected the instructions and details to be a little clearer, especially around grip sizes, since that would’ve made choosing easier.

"Actually decent prices for once"
I ordered some pickleball stuff from Fromuth Pickleball the prices were fair compared to a bunch of other sites I checked. Which was a nice change, because why is pickleball gear suddenly so expensive everywhere? I just needed a few things and didn’t feel like getting ripped off, and this worked out. The site was easy enough to use, checkout was simple, and I got what I needed without spending way more than I planned. Overall, good value and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Super helpful with pickleball gear"
I ordered a paddle and had a question before buying, and they were actually really helpful. They knew the differences between the models and helped me choose the one that made the most sense. You can tell they actually understand pickleball gear, not just selling random stuff. Shipping was quick too, so overall I’m really happy with it

"Arrived safely, packaging did its job"
When my order showed up, I noticed the box had a little dent on one side, so I was slightly worried at first. But once I opened it, everything inside was totally fine. The paddle and the rest of the items were packed well enough and nothing was damaged. It wasn’t fancy packaging or anything, but it did what it needed to do. I’d give it 4 stars since everything arrived safe

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found the site straightforward to navigate, and it didn’t take me long to find what I was looking for. The only part that stood out to me was checkout, it felt a bit slower than I expected, so that made the experience feel just okay rather than really smooth.

I just reached out to them recently about a question I had with my order, and I figured I’d be waiting a while. To my surprise, they replied quickly and gave me the info I needed.

The first response was a bit brief, which is why I’d say 4 stars instead of 5, but they followed up afterward and got everything cleared up. Based on this latest experience, I’d say their customer service is good overall...

I was planning to order a paddle, but the prices were kinda higher than I expected. Even some of the more basic items felt a bit overpriced, and once shipping was added, it just didn’t seem worth it for me. I ended up finding similar gear for less somewhere else. The site isn’t bad or anything, but the pricing is what made me move on...

"Fair deals, but the emails were a bit much"
To be fair, the discount did work and I ended up getting a decent deal, so I can’t really complain about that part. The only thing that got annoying was the number of promo emails afterward. I get that companies want to advertise, but it felt like a little too much.

I ordered expecting it to arrive quickly, but it took much longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check over and over, and on top of that I felt like I had to keep verifying things again and again, which got really frustrating. The product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole shipping experience was annoying.

"Nice shop, but the shipping cost made me gasp"
I grabbed a couple pickleball things from Fromuth Pickleball, the site was totally fine to use. Nothing confusing, prices on the gear seemed fair, and my order arrived without any drama, which is always a small miracle these days.
The only thing that made me dramatically clutch my wallet was the shipping cost. It wasn’t some world-ending disaster, but for what I bought, it felt a little high and kind of took the shine off the deal. Good shop overall, just wish shipping didn’t feel like it was trying to personally attack me.
